How often should I have a dental exam and cleaning?
You should have your teeth checked and cleaned at least twice a year. In some cases, the dentist or hygienist may recommend more frequent checkups or cleanings. Regular professional cleanings are necessary to maintain the health of your teeth and gums and regular examination by your dentist is paramount in identifying any concerns or issues early.
